Personal Plus 2021 keeps asking to register after install

Hi

I have installed Personal Plus 2021, used the install key and get the repose that it is ready to use.

I then open it and it asks me to register (again?). I click on this (only other option is to cancel), a new screen opens but nothing happens.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi

I have now sorted this problem and finally able to use software. Turned off computer again and started over (again). Finally got a screen after clicking on "Register" that enabled me to continue.
