Report by Customer Type

Hi, i would like to be able to see a list of customers "by type". I have labelled all of our schools customers as "schools" in the customer type field, but cannot work to how to run a list to see them all? I can see one for sales, but that just gives a total by "schools" and i cant see the customer names. Can anyone help? I assume given the field we should be able to do this?

That is the setup - where you can modify which "types" you want etc i think

You can do a fast report from in there, I just can’t test it because I don’t have any customer types

Hi Priscilla,

You can generate a Customer Contact List report.

Modify it to display the "Customer Type" column.

Filter it to display only a specific type.

Open your data file in Reckon Accounts

Click on the Reports menu

Then List

Then Customer Contact List
