Reckon One manual uploads

I am trying to manually upload my bank statements into Reckon One. In the .csv file I have 4 columns (Date,Description,Debit,Credit,Balance). When I import the file and choose the columns, then click Import the file, and error message comes up.

Please specify the date column, and an amount or reversed amount column or both debit and credit columns

I have chosen 1 as the column for the date, Is there something else I need to do?

Sorry I can't remember, I have since changed over that account to intuit Quickbooks, but I still have my personal one still with Recken, tried it tonight still same problem so I left off the Balance column as ignore. Hope that helps.
