uninstall personal 2019

When attempting to uninstall personal 2019, system gets part way through process and then pops up with "Internal Error 2053", click on the OK of that and then a new pop-up "Internal Error 2052" click on the OK of that and everything goes away. Assistance please.

    Thanks Gerry,

    Had to uninstall 2021 as well and re-load, still not sure if all files are OK. Think I need to re-start computer, will do later. Was going to ring, but I'm on west coast, may be past your bedtime.

    All is well thanks Gerry, had to scratch around in various drives and files to find all, but programme now does as it aught.
