A good starting point in getting information for job costing would be the in-product help menu within Reckon Accounts Hosted. Just open it up and enter job costing in the search bar and it will return some results with info on job costing.

In terms of training, it might be a good idea to reach out to one of our Reckon Accredited Partners who are certified in Reckon products and experts in their area. I'll link our Partner Search page below -
