Start Up
I have Reckon Accounts Personal 2021. I have been using Reckon for many years. I find, since updating to the 2021 version, I am required to sign in from “Getting Started” rather than logging on immediately to my accounts page. This creates three extra steps to log on. How can I prevent these extra steps please?

Thanks Rav. I followed your advice and the problem seems to have been fixed. I also had a problem with failed back ups. That seems to have been rectified also. Again many thanks. Don.
