Installed this on a new pc. Used license key with no issues. However when try to register using my customer ID it says:

This licence key does not match your Customer ID. Please try again. If you have lost or forgotten your Customer ID please call Reckon Customer Support on 1800 732 566.

I've called support but they only suggested that I post here.. Please let me know asap how to fix this.
