Unable to Restore Backup

I cannot restore my backup up file from External drive to C drive. I have found the last backup on my external but cannot open. Attached copy of F drive back up files. The one I am trying to restore is 20210226.rkn
I have tried through File and Restore Backup but don't seem to get anywhere. I have noticed that on my printout of Backup files only the 2021. QDF file has a red R in the first column. I upgraded from Quicken Personal to Reckon Personal Plus last year. Is there some problem with my Reckon Files. I would appreciate any help that can be given. Have enclosed a copy of My Reckon Backup files.
Would really appreciate some help as I need to get my data into Reckon as quickly as possible

I am having the same problem in restoring my backing up from a F drive USB stick.
I recently moved onto F drive rather than back up to C drive in the event of a hard disk crash. I then tried to recover the back up after a few days based on the above experience and it didn't work.

As a further comment as part of my change to backup onto a F drive I also saved the same back up to C drive. I can locate the file using the "Find Reckon Account Files" search facility. However when I go to open it there is a password request.
I cannot open the file using my Reckon password as it says it is not correct. I thought this might be due to a corrupt file. However I cannot open other QDATA files using this facility as it always requests a password then rejects my password.
Is there some Reckon "lost passwords" facility that covers this problem?
