Renewing out of date subscription

I changed my credit card number and was not able to log into my reckon hosted account within the appropriate time frame to update the details before I was locked out. I called the customer support number however it is closed at the times that suit me best to ring. Can I get this rectified somehow online outside of the call centre hours of operation? Will my data be preserved or has that all been deleted from the server?

I'll try and get onto support tomorrow, my accountant accesses through my account which is now locked! Thanks for your help.
