Transfer Personal Plus 2021 to new computer

I have uninstalled from my old computer and installed to my new one . Personal Plus activates but then will not let me used saying I do not have an active license. How do I fix this as no one available at Reckon over the weekend.

My computer was being really slow so I took to be fixed in town. They checked everything and put in a new hard drive which is much better but when I went to open my Personal Plus , which is all up to date, it wouldn't let me stating I need to talk to Reckon. What do I do to open my app?

If they put a new hard drive in you need to reinstall the programs, call me in the morning and i will help you.
