Reckon One JobMaker Credit No updates on Business Portal

Hi there,


I have followed every step of your instruction about how to setup the allowance item but nothing happened in business portal. Its very important for me and my client to make sure information is correctly submitted to ATO via STP.

    Its best to give our support team a call so we can double check that the JobMaker allowance items have been setup correctly in the company file. If they have and your submission has been successfully accepted via STP then you may need to speak with the ATO to obtain further clarification on why its not appearing in their Business Portal.
