Dear Rav,
We are using Reckon Accounts Enterprise 2020. The company file is stored and hosted in a Windows Server 2019 Standard. Today, one of the user was kicked out by Reckon Accounts 5 times. He was entering some general journals and he did not leave the computer. All network devices and servers are working normally. Do you have any idea to fix it? Are there any logs in Reckon Accounts so we can troubleshoot?

1, We follow the instruction let all user log off QuickBook;
2, Then user log on QuickBook first as “Host” – (user’s IP: 172.16.2.)
But still got an issue ~ QuickBook Kick-user-out for two times this afternoon.
Attached a “zip file” with five files mentioned by the “Report” for your investigation.
Please check and wish you could provide us the solution and fix.
