Reckon not working

Hi,

I am logged in to Reckon but it wont let me do a anything at all. Is there a problem with Reckon Hosted at present ?

    I've just logged into Reckon Accounts Hosted and its working as normal for me currently.

    In the first instance, I'd recommend you exit the file (if you can) by going to File then Exit.

    The next step is important. Go into the Hosted control panel and click on 'Log off Remote Sessions' on the left. Log off any active sessions that you see in the list and then logout.

    Close your browser and then log back in and launch Hosted.
