I have an employee who wants to salary sacrifice $75.00 per week. I haven't had to do this before, but I think I have a setting incorrect. It was originally set up by a previous accountant. Quickbooks seems to be taking the salary sacrifice off the net figure, not the gross. I have checked the payroll item and it definitely says it is off gross. There is nothing ticked for the taxes setting, Am I missing something. My current accountant can't seem to help.
