Manufacturing and wholesale addition 2019 super slow.

Hi we have the addition mentioned in title. Have had it for over a year. We use it in a multi user mode. The main computer is fine but our second computer linked to it is so slow. It takes a couple of minutes to sign in. It keeps on freezing in the program. And sometimes it even closes out of Rekon. Any help to overcome this would be greatly appreciated.

We've got some info in the help guide below which should be a good place to start in diagnosing performance issues. In particular the TLG and multi-user sections in the guide are quite important.
