STP error message

instance.EmployeeData[4].Detail.Email is not any of [subschema0], [subschema1]

I have re-entered all staff emails, ensuring there is only one email with no leading spaces etc and still this message appears. Please help

    Hi @JanetteH

    That error message is pointing to the 5th employee that appears in your STP list specifically. Once you've identified who that employee is, head back to the Reckon Accounts and check the email details for that employee specifically.

    Thank you Rav. Interestingly the 5th employee is ME. The email address is definitely correct. Could it be anything else?

    @JanetteH That message specifically points to your email address - It may be an additional/missing character eg a comma, full stop, extra space, extra "@" etc
