new employee's super was working fine after set up now its a new month and nothing has accumulated for May ?
Has the employee's gross pay for May exceeded $ 450?
Are you using any additional/new Payroll Items that haven't been configured for Super?Â
It will most likely be due to one (or even both)Â of the above.
(Note: If the Super threshold amount is set after pays have been processed in a month, it can prevent the threshold cap working properly)Â

yes it does exceed $450 thankyou i'll try and see if i've done anything changed anything recently

Nothing has changed , how can i fix this as i need to process the super
and the Pay slips need to be refresh if fixed

It's impossible to know the precise cause (& therefore remedy) without seeing the data file. As well as checking new Payroll Items, you aIso need to check the Super Payroll Items, to ensure those new Payroll Items are ticked there too (This is because configurations are all in real time, meaning any new ones need to be ticked for inclusion)
