good afternoon.
on my first attempt to upload payroll info via STP for our Branch 2, I got the attached error message.
how to I rectify the problem so I can lodge using STP?

If you have never had a successful STP submission before this one then you'll need to check the company address AND ALL employee's addresses in your Reckon software. Ensure there are no special characters in any address fields and that every employee has a postcode of 4 digits only.

First I would check all spelling in company details and employees detail, make sure no entries are in wrong boxes, e.g phone numbers, postcodes
