Adjusting gross wages and payg on the ATO end for a prior financial year

I am using Accounts Premier Edition

Due to my lack of understanding, at the end of 2019/20 I lodged our last pay run on 26/06/20 as a New Pay Event. Subsequent to that, I lodged another run marked as Finalise Year. Unfortunately this has meant that my gross wages and payg for that last pay have been lodged twice - resulting in the portal (and my mygov account) showing more wages and tax than was actually paid. The figures on Reckon reports are correct.

Can I remove this second Finalise lodgement from the portal and then resubmit the 26/06/20 pay as a Finalise? If not, can anyone help with how I correct the figures on the portal and ATO?
