Accounts Enterprise 2021
I have been trying to download the above update. Every time I try it gets to the wizard, downloads runtime etc go to next and it tells me to finish as the installation was interrupted. All programs and security have been closed and turned off. I have tried rebooting, tried on different days - always the same result.

We've got a help guide which I'll link below that outlines the causes of this message and how to resolve it.
In particular, I'd recommend stopping the print spooler as outlined in the article.

There is also a known issue affecting some users on Windows 10 (note this is not due to Reckon, it's the result of a recent Win 10 update)
