Hello,

I purchased a ticket for this even from Eventbrite- but could not attend any of the three sessions. In the past, a recording of the session has been provided. I have tried to contact the organiser and replied to further ads for this course from Reckon without success.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Sorry to hear we haven't got back to you on this. From what I understand yes, a copy of the recording and workbook will be sent to all attendees who registered their attendance a few days after the session.

    Has that come through for you? If not, let me know and I'll follow up.

    Hi Rav,

    I didn't end up registering even though I had a ticket because I couldn't make the times/dates. Can I still get the copy?? Or do I just get a refund?
