Update to 2021 freezing

Hi everyone,

I am on my third attempt at installing the 2021 version and I keep ending up with a not responding message at around the 75% mark. To get to this stage takes 3-4 hrs and then I have to start again.

There has to be a faster way to do the upgrades, or am I doing something wrong?

I have found that when it tries to do the backup you have to enter a name as all it shows is*.qbb - did you do that so it actually says test.qbb e.g.

Mine seems to auto fill the company name and date

Ok that’s good, good luck. Did you turn off verification at this stage? Just to make it faster

I am not getting the pop up screen to allow this, When I log into the New version and say yes I want to upgrade it takes me to the backup save screen for B drive where I can change my drive but that is all.

Yes you are correct, just tested it, mine still does not give me the backup file name though. Good luck, sorry I have nothing to suggest
