No access to features since upgrading to 2021 R2

For some reason (completely unknown) we cannot access any of the features now since upgrading this morning.

We cannot enter bills

We cannot enter invoices

We cannot access supplier, employee or client centres.

The 'little hand' shows but nothing more progresses

We are a retail outlet and cannot simply restart the computer as it will take all tills down HELP!!!!!!!

    Have you tried logging off all remote sessions in the control panel and logging back in

    Adding to the suggestion from Kris above, I'd also recommend checking if there are any active windows that have been opened in the background within Hosted and are awaiting response.

    Press Alt + Page Up key (not the arrow pointing up but the one that says Page Up). If that doesn't work try Alt + Page Down
