Import Bank Statement Window Crashes

I'm no longer able to import a QIF file from my bank. After selecting the file in the Import Bank Statement window and clicking OK the window crashes and simply disappears. No error message and no file imported into the Online Banking window. I've tried several new uploaded files in the event that it was a damaged file and no luck. I've also tried creating a new bank to import into but still no luck. I have only just upgraded to Hosted 2021! Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks Zappy. Your suggestion of downloading a QBO file directly from the bank instead of a QIF file, and importing it as a web connect file worked successfully. 🙏
