Reckon Accounts Enterprise user - Payment Summaries - can't select 2020-2021 year

I have tried to finalize my payroll year with STP and also issue Payment Summaries to employees but I am not able to select the 2020/2021 payroll year - only shows 2021/2022 - Help!

    I am in the process of issuing Payment Summaries to employees for 2021/2022 payroll year. I note that the RESC is shown as $0. How do I find the preference to include the amount in the Payment Summaries?

    Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

    @RLambe Perhaps some clarity is required as to which Reckon app you are using for EOFY reporting- the old STP app or the replacement Payroll app. If you have not lodged any 2020-21 Payruns from the Payroll app then you will not get any EOFY data.

    @Martin Teh Would have been better to track this post if it was created as a separate post instead of piggy back to an existing post. However, in Reckon Payroll app (assuming this is the product you are using), the RESC does not appear as separate item in Payment summaries. Please clarify where is the RESC shown as $0
