Accounts Enterprises 2021 - Unable to email invoices
Hi, I am unable to email invoices since upgrading Reckon. Error code 14598 23602. Says it's unable to save form as PDF file but if I save it manually as a PDF to the desktop it works fine. It's when I press Email direct from the invoice it won't send. I have no idea how to go about fixing this. Would appreciate your assistance. Thanks, Karen

I am having the same problem as Karen above. Emailing invoices WAS working since the upgrade, but suddenly yesterday it's not working. As far as I'm aware I haven't made any changes. How can I resolve this problem please? Cheers Judy

Hi Karen, How do you save the invoice as a PDF please? I can't even work that out. Cheers Judy

@Judy Hughes When you’re in the invoice screen, click on the File dropdown menu & you will see the option to Save as PDF
Once you’ve saved it, you then just need to download it to your local PC (by clicking on the floating red circle 🔴 then expanding the arrow down & clicking on the arrow down icon)
You can then add this attachment as normal to an independent email from your email program.
