Hi

We entered a bill and now when we go to reopen it reckon accounts crashes

Unrecoverable Error

Code: 16681 78291

We can not even delete the bill...

Would a verify and rebuild of the database fix this?

Or anyway to delete the bill without opening it?

Cheers

Luke

Rebuild certainly worth a try, it is suggested to rebuild 3 times

Double-click on your Accounts Payable account in your Chart of Accounts list. Scroll through to the entry in there & when highlighted/selected, click Ctrl + Delete simultaneously on your keyboard to delete the transaction without opening it 😊

Good tip, didn’t know that Shaz

I use Ctrl Delete all the time to delete lines on transactions, but didn’t know you could delete an entire transaction, always used Ctrl D, but of course that is with the transaction on the screen. Thanks

Yes, it's very handy Kris as it not only works in any ledger but also for an entire transaction in the screen itself too! 😁
