Backing Up Error Code 7280

After a recent MS upgrade, whenever I trying to backup my file I receive the error code: 7280. Can anyone please help?
Earlier backups kept adding the dates to the file and now there are three dates. When I try to rename the file back to the original, I get the error message file can't be found, even though I selected it.

I'd love to get some help, unfortunately, I fly out tomorrow for Norfolk Island, and I won't be ack until the 27th of this month. Another back up attempt today resulted in a new error code of 7319, is there a connection?
