Easy Clocking timesheet integration with Reckon Hosted

Hello,
We are using Easy Clocking for timesheets and looking at integrating it with Reckon Hosted. Does anybody know what information is needed in what format (csv file?) in order to export from Easy Clocking and import into Reckon Hosted Payroll
Thanks

Hi
Do they have an 3rd Party API , do you have this info ?
if you already have in csv format we can help you in automating this to export to RAH
We already have done this for Desktop

Easyclocking have asked for a sample file that would be needed for them to look at

if they want a sample file, I’d create a copy of your existing file so they can see & work on your specific data. You should be able to create a copy of it (Make sure you add “COPY” in the name so you don’t have 2 files to confuse the one you actually use!)
@Rav Can you please confirm the steps for creating a copy?

My advice on making a copy of your company file -
- Make sure the company file you want to copy is closed by all users.
- Select the 'Download' option on the Floating Toolbar
- Locate your company file and right click on the file ➡️ press Ctrl and C on your keyboard to copy the file ➡️ Go to where you want to copy the file and press Ctrl and V on your keyboard to paste it to that location.
- Wait.. sometimes it takes awhile to start the copying process and you need to make sure its finished copying before you close the window.
There's also a generic sample file available here -

Here is another relevant community post regarding timesheets import
Easiest option is to speak with Chandra as per his earlier post.
It should not be necessary to provide EasyClocking with a full copy of your data file if they only want an example of what the Reckon Accounts IIF file format is for timesheets.
