Accounts 2021 R2 not working

Is anyone else getting this error - I click on the Launch Reckon 2021 R2 new button it says up the top its loading that but it loads 2020 version

    It does work, go into the Control panel first and log off previous session and then try

    Hi Tania,

    Can you please exit that window and then log off any active sessions in the Hosted control panel. Then logout of the service altogether (use the Logout option).

    Log back in after a couple of minutes and then retry launching Hosted 2021.

    Let me know if you still have trouble after this.
