Hosted Data not opening

Good Morning

My Hosted data accounts will not open as I am receiving the info as attached. I open hosted in 2021 R2 so not sure what has happened all working yesterday Thank You

    Hi @waka

    Can you please exit that window and then log off any active sessions in the Hosted control panel. Then logout of the service altogether (use the Logout option).

    Log back in after a couple of minutes and then retry launching Hosted 2021.

    Let me know if you still have trouble after this.

    I just had this happen too. In my case after I had accidently clicked the 2020 version. It then kept opening the 2020 version even when I clicked the 2021 button. I tried logging out and back in, but it still opened the 2020 version.


    I have it working now after using the control panel to log off any active sessions as well.


    Just posting to provide extra information on one possible trigger for the issue, and to say thanks for the info on how to recover.
