Retrieving files

Hi, I've just updated to Reckon Accounts Home & Business 2021, and downloaded the new software after uninstalling Reckon Accounts H&B 2020. Now I wish to retrieve my company accounts.

I opened the Sample file then tried clicking on 'Find Reckon Account Files' but the system came up with a blank. I have a number of separate 'company' files, some of which have data back to the 1990's.

Your help will be appreciated.
