I click "Launch accounts 2021" on dashboard and it comes up with the attached screen

Can you let me know if the same behaviour occurs if you attempt to login to Reckon Accounts Hosted on a different browser?
I've just tested logging in and launching a file in Hosted 2021 via Chrome and Firefox and it worked ok so keen to see if you have the same result.
All fine I had to reboot our router for some reason
