Sharing files with Accountant

I have 2 files which I wish to share to the accountant but they are not showing up on the Q drive location in the control panel - share files. I can see them & log into them but they are in a different location

ie: \\RAH-FSS-14-AP2B\07867......

How do I move them to the Q location so I can pick them up when I go to share via the control panel

    If you click the down arrow it will open up the qdrive folder, click the down arrow again and now you should be able to move files between folders
