Holiday Loading

I have Reckon Accounts Premier Edition 2021. I have recently set up a User on 3 of my company files with Full Access to Payroll. On 2 of the companies Holiday Loading is calculated but on 1 of the files it isn't calculating at all. Works fine for me. Help would be appreciated.

    Hi Gayle

    That seems a bit odd ... The Users aren't connected to Payroll Item setup so the Payroll Item should either work OK or not all across the board.

    1. Check Users are all logging in to the same Company File
    2. Check the configuration of the Holiday Loading Payroll Item
    3. Run the Verify Data tool (Under File dropdown menu > Utilities)
    4. Run the Rebuild Data tool (same location as above) x 3

    Thanks Shaz. Logging into the same file, configuration is the same - will run the verify data and rebuild.

    Make sure you Verify your file on a regular basis & if it detects any issues, run the Rebuild as prompted (x 3) 😊


    Has it fixed both issues - the Holiday Loading Payroll Item & the report data dropouts ...?
