Is it possible to have YTD figures shown on payslip for all active payroll items

Hello

We have discovered that the ytd figures dont show on a fortnightly payslip if a particular payroll item was not used in that payroll cycle. ie an employee worked Sunday 5 hours in one pay cycle and therefore their ytd Sunday hours are shown as 5 hours. The next pay cycle they dont work on a Sunday so the YTD figure doesn't show Sundays. The follow pay they work another 5 hours so the ytd figure shows 10 hours. The next pay did'nt work Sunday so nothing show. Basically we want to show ytd figures for the active payroll items even if they aren't worked every week. Is there a tick button for this

thanks

All YTD figures are normally shown each time (even if the Payroll Item isn't used on that particular pay) so I'm wondering if you're using the custom payslip template rather than one of the Reckon default ones? (Personally, I prefer the default ones as they already contain everything needed so I don't ever use the custom ones 😁)

See if the issue still occurs when selecting one of the Reckon payslip templates instead.

Thanks for the reply Shaz. I wasnt actually looking at the payslip. It was the Review paycheque detail that I was looking at. It seems that the paycheque doesn't show the details but the payslip does.

It should automatically be showing there by default.

Have you tried verifying & rebuilding your company file?

    • Click on File (along top toolbar) then on Utilities in the dropdown menu > Verify Data

    then

    • File > Utilities > Rebuild Data (NB: Run the Rebuild ... process THREE times - For some reason, 3 times fixes a lot of background data corruption issues!)
