When creating a PO for inventory the item file shows the quantity on order but the PO date field is blank. Does anyone know how I can fix this please.

Thanks from a new user

That sounds unusual! Can you confirm exactly which screen/window you're in? Are you just looking at a FastReport on the Item itself? When you double-click on the PO, does it have the correct date on there?

Try verifying your Company File (under the File dropdown menu > Utilities > Verify Data) then running the Rebuild (under the File dropdown menu > Utilities > Rebuild Data) 3 times

Refer to the item review screen above. Quantity on Purchase order but the Purchase date is not shown. I would have to find the PO to know the date.

    thankyou for your attention

Ah ... that's because this is the Item List - It doesn't show transactions, it's just a list of your Items.

To view any Item's transactional history - including POs & the dates - right-click on the Item in this List & click on FastReport... in the popup menu to view all the details 😊

@OZFLEX I think you would really benefit from some 1-on-1 customised training to make navigating & using the program much quicker & simpler for you. A lot of things can be configured specifically & also automated.

Feel free to get in touch with me directly if this is something you'd like to explore ☺️

Yes I am brand new to the company and while I am used to large ERP systems I would certainly like to know more about Reckon system capabilities and ease of use.
