Can someone please send me a link on how to set up employees paid on annual salary.

    Hi Andy,

    Can I just confirm are you looking for info when it comes to the Payroll App or some other Reckon software?

    This post has been created in the STP app category which is in the final stages of decommissioning so just checking.

    No worries at all, I'll move it over to the right place.

    In regard to setting up the pay items, I'll link a how-to video below which should get you headed in the right direction.

    Its a fairly older video but the concept of how to setup the pay item is still relevant.

    The important thing to remember Andy is when you select the Salary Payroll Item in the employee’s record, enter the ANNUAL amount. “Salary” is then automatically apportioned as per the Pay frequency 😊
