Very slow updating

When I go into Security Detail View and click on a security, it takes 22 seconds (with the little wheel whirling) to open. I have the latest 2022 update.
Please can someone advise why this is happening, and how to speed up?

open the file in admin mode by right click shortcut, call me if you want a hand
