Posts not updating

Hi

I have started several discussions over the last few weeks and also noticed today, when I commented on someone's post, it is not updating.

The post I commented on today is showing as unanswered and no comments, however I have commented.

My questions/discussions are also going unanswered.

    Your earlier post has come through fine and is viewable. I responded to it earlier and just now as well.

    I posted two comments in the last couple of weeks and have had no response.

    I had an employee saying her MYgov account had two different totals showing from us. Can you give me some idea as to why this has happened? She is the only employee this has happened to.
