On 1 October 2021, SuperStream became mandatory for all SMSF rollovers, whether to or from a fund.
The ATO has stated that if an SMSF cannot process rollovers via SuperStream, amounts cannot be rolled out of a fund. Reckon is not currently a registered providor with the ATO [see link below] and as a result the RA Hosted ESA Alias [RECKONSMSF] is invalid.

A ticket to Reckon remains unanswered and the help desk was not helpful as they did not understand the issue, nor could they provide a solution, hence the post.
