Error 6123 - cannot contact DB server- Reckon Accounts 2018
Have been successfully using program since purchase. Licence still Valid. Windows 10 fully updated.
I have tried all avalable suggestions from Commmunity Forum and from Help.Reckon
Have phoned support twice and followed the suggestions they linked from community and help.
Have shut down firewall.
If I can't get back in contact with DB manager I will be forced to recreate my data from backed up hard copy of figures.
Needess to say, this will diminish my interest in dealing with this product and company ever again!
Can anyone make a suggestion please?
