Can anyone advise why the SGC is being reduced when I enter in a Salary Sacrifice amount. My understanding is that this should not happen. Must be within the setup but I can't work it out. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Theres an option when you set up the salary sacrifice super item to reduce the SGC. Its easy to miss this if you dont pay very close attention.
Its a check box on the employee card under the super settings

Go to payroll items and check super
Make sure the yellow highlighted box is NOT ticked
