Pop-up messages

I have 3 users in reckon hosted, 2 of which have pop-ups coming up even though their preferences have pop-ups disabled. The other operator does not gave this happen. Any one got an answer to this please

If they’ve definitely disabled pop up prompts, it sounds like they’re not ever ticking the checkbox on those prompts to say not to show it again 😬
