Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2021

I have a new computer. All my files (7) are on a backup disk. When I installed Reckon I was able to open and save only 1 file onto C drive. I can open my backup files on G drive but not able to import/copy/save to C drive.

How can I do this???🤗

    This sounds weird. How are you saving the files?

    What is the G drive? Your removable USB?

    I think she means Google drive and that ok for backing up to. We can restore from there and it needs to be saved to C: drive only
