License Renewal


Hello,
I have just paid for my license renewal online, however when I re-open Reckon it does not automatically recognise the update has been applied.
The email receipt from Reckon does not have a new product key to apply either for a manual update. I have tried the radio button to automatically apply via the internet and manually, but neither option seems to work.
Grateful for advice on how to apply the license renewal.

HI Geoff,
Please email your product key which you can view on the activation screen to advantage@reckon.com and we will provide you with a new licence key for that product key to activate your software.
