I have just paid for my license renewal online, however when I re-open Reckon it does not automatically recognise the update has been applied.
The email receipt from Reckon does not have a new product key to apply either for a manual update. I have tried the radio button to automatically apply via the internet and manually, but neither option seems to work.
Grateful for advice on how to apply the license renewal.
