Reckon Accounts Premier 2021 - Desktop

in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

Hi, has the employee section of Reckon changed in the 2021 version? Even the employee reports section is different (doesn't have Employee Super Reports etc), and I can't find where to even process the payroll, this section seems to be missing. Have I not downloaded it correctly??

    Have you gone to preferences and turned on Payroll. Not really familiar with that version but that is something in reckon Hosted

    Hi Rachael,

    What version were you using previously?

    As indicated by Kris, can you confirm whether the data file you have opened has the Payroll enabled in the file preferences.

    Click on the Edit menu then Preferences
