Personal Plus 2022 will not backup

Since I upgraded to Personal Plus 2022. I get an error message every time I try to back up my data.

"Unable to open source file"

I have tried to back up onto a USB drive, onto a OneDrive cloud drive, and onto my C: drive, and I get the same message in all cases.
