STP Error - Submission not approved

Options

The submission I made to STP mid December has not been approved. The status is Error.

When I click "here" this is the message that comes up:

I have never had any problems before and all subsequent submissions have been accepted, so I'm not sure whether I should be concerned or not?

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Lynne,

    This particular message comes back from the ATO when their SBR2 service which handles STP transmissions from all providers is either down for maintenance or experiencing issues etc.

    You've mentioned that your subsequent submissions have been sent through successfully so your balances have already been updated (Single Touch Payroll is reported on a YTD basis only) and there is no further action required.
